How to buy?

Choose a Category/Brand that you are after - e.g. Apple or New Printers


Choose the type you are after e.g New or recycled cartridges

 
Click add to Cart - Choose the quantity and select add to cart

 
New Customers Need to Register - First time Customer are required to enter their details.

 
Return Customers simply type in your user name and password - If you a returning customer simply type in your user name and password - if you can't remember, choose the forgotton password option and enter the email address you would have used - your login details will be forwarded to you immediately.

 
Choose a delivery Method & click Check out - We have four delivery methods and yes you can pick up your goods if you prefer, now click check out.


Select the payment type. If you are an account customer - you will see the account option or you can pay with a credit card.
Select type of credit card - Visa Mastercard and Bankcard are accepted.
Enter your credit card number and expiry date.


Delivery or Pickup?

At Inkjet & Laser Solutions our customers are number one!
So we include the option of pick up as well as delivery.
Delivery will be made through Australia Post either regular or Express Post.

Any order over $55 will have free postage, using regular Australia Post.

Brisbane Metro customers also have the choice of using an express courier - if an order is placed by Midday and we have it in stock, you will receive it the same day.. WOW! Who else offers that?



Recycled/Refilled cartridges an exchange service

Inkjet & Laser Solutions are one of the only online cartridge companies, who offer quality Refilled cartridges.

We facilitate this by offering an exchange service, similar to an exchange alternator for your car.

To enable us to offer this service at a low price, we need your empty cartridge in return.

As we usually have a cartridge on the shelf, pre-refilled, tested and ready to go. Just the same as if you walked into our store and exchanged a cartridge, over the counter.

Empty cartridges are our life-blood, so we need to get them back. How do we do this? We will include with your goods a FREE reply paid 'Jiffy Bag' - for you to put your empty cartridge in to return to us.



What is a Compatible or Generic Cartridge?

Compatible cartridges and generic cartridges are substitute cartridges you can use in your printer rather than buying the often expensive original.

These cartridges work just the same as a genuine. Compatible Cartridges are usually much cheaper. These are also New Cartridges, not refilled. Compatible Cartridges will not void your printer's warranty.



Yield & Printing?

Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM) states their cartridges will do a certain amount of print. On an average; between 5% - 10% coverage per page, this is similar to a standard business letter. Of course photos, graphics and even fancy text will deplete your cartridges faster. All cartridges have different yields. Please contact us, if you would like to know how to many prints your cartridge should get.

Inkjet & Laser Solutions Pty Ltd collects a record of clients' contact, postal address, contact phone numbers, fax number & email address & no other information, unless submitted.

Clients giving contact information may be contacted from time to time regarding specials offers. Any request for removal from our lists will be honored.

We are based in Australia - all transactions are done in Australian dollars. All shipping charges will represent the Australia Post's overseas charges. We have the right to refuse to supply any overseas transaction and hold items for confirmation of credit card and other details. Simply if we can not contact you - we will not send the goods.
